Fractals are the pictures of Dynamic Systems – ¬†and we can learn a lot about them by watching them MOVE. Enjoy the animations below. Try to imagine you’re sitting in a planetarium, fully immersed, flying into the fractals. And if you really want to see them that way, come to a First Friday Fractals show!

As a kid I always appreciated the passion Jonathan put into Gloria, it was an inspiration for me… Now after 7 years of being elsewhere than Albuquerque, I found myself here at this site (now 17 years of age) remembering that one important thing. Passion. Big smiles from Sweden and the Stewrats, Isa.

  10. I’m impressed at how easy you make this topic look thanks to your articles, although I must say I still don’t quite understand it.

It seems too elaborate and extremely exhaustive for myself.
Still, I’m happy to see what else you have to say in later posts: hopefully I’ll be able to grasp it sooner or later.

I was inspired to make a music video with composite fractal animation integrated with human subject matter…in other words…people in the fractals.

I would like to see more zoom movies on this website that just keep panning in, don’t stop, don’t back up, just keep going on in so you really get the feel of what’s going on.
that’s how I was introduced to fractals at least 14 years ago(could actually be longer). I was in a mall, walked past a computer store and there was a fractal video running like that on a computer screen in the window. I went closer to watch, felt I was seeing how the guts of the physical world are put together and spent the next 6 years trying to find anyone who even heard of fractals, never mind have a video on their computer.
other then that, love the website and everything on it.
