Fractals are SMART: Science, Math and Art!

Videos

Fractals are the pictures of Dynamic Systems –  and we can learn a lot about them by watching them MOVE. Enjoy the animations below. Try to imagine you’re sitting in a planetarium, fully immersed, flying into the fractals. And if you really want to see them that way, come to a First Friday Fractals show!

Check out the videos below and also on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/pg/fractalfoundation/videos/.

I would like to see more zoom movies on this website that just keep panning in, don’t stop, don’t back up, just keep going on in so you really get the feel of what’s going on.
that’s how I was introduced to fractals at least 14 years ago(could actually be longer). I was in a mall, walked past a computer store and there was a fractal video running like that on a computer screen in the window. I went closer to watch, felt I was seeing how the guts of the physical world are put together and spent the next 6 years trying to find anyone who even heard of fractals, never mind have a video on their computer.
other then that, love the website and everything on it.

I was inspired to make a music video with composite fractal animation integrated with human subject matter…in other words…people in the fractals.
