Albuquerque is living up to its name as the Fractal Capital of the World!
Today two new fractal installations were hung – one at the parking structure at 3rd andĀ Silver in downtown Albuquerque and one at the NM Museum of Natural History and Science!
These two accompany the three new fractals at Monte Vista Elementary School.
All fractal images were created by Albuquerque K-12 students who are winners of our latest Fractal Challenge.
Congratulations to all the Fractal Challenge winners and to Jonathan Wolfe, a.k.a. FractalMan, for coordinating this effort!
A huge THANK YOU to the City of Albuquerque Urban Enhancement Trust Fund for supporting this effort across our city, displaying these huge pieces of public art created by K-12 students playing with mathematical equations!
